“Life is like a box of chocolates…You never know what you’re gonna get,” boy did Forest’s momma get that right. So with that in mind we created the Brio Life Categories, these topics will focus on some of the issues we deal with in life and provide knowledge, experience, information, and again some funny stories.

Life is truly unpredictable. One year can bring so much change it is overwhelming, thrilling, and frightening all at the same time. So far this year I have:
1. Wrestled with a drunk until the cops showed up.
2. Undergone major surgery to remove a tumor.
3. Lost my wife to a heart attack at the age of 27.
4. Took management of my first team at work.
5. Fell madly in love again and got married a second time.
I am still hoping to accomplish this year:
6. Publishing my first novel.
7. Purchasing my first home.
Any one of those things is enough excitement for a full year. I’ve had 5 and I’m closing in on two more. I can no longer assume things will stay constant or endure, other than love. Love is eternal.
